Although not always essential you should ideally have some previous e-commerce experience.  This could be from working for an online store or selling on third party marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay) yourself.

You need to have superb attention to detail and be proficient with usual computer software packages as much of the work an e-commerce assistant does is managing large amounts of data and accuracy is essential.

You will perform a wide variety of tasks and all of our team are flexible and always look to help each other.

As you will be writing content for our webstore and interacting with customers by email and over the phone, you will need to have a stong command of written and spoken English.

Whilst most of the work is Monday to Friday, we also dispatch orders on Saturdays and have a retail store at our support office which is also open on Saturdays.  Hence you’ll need to be able to join a rota where you work a few Saturdays each month.
