Lead Teachers are typically great communicators, and still have the opportunity to teach occasionally, usually in small groups and one-to-one lessons for children and adults. All of our lessons are delivered in beautiful locations across the country, in luxurious pools in hotels and private schools.


If you are looking for a role which requires: planning and managing swimming programs, providing great customer service, managing multiple pool venues, then the role of Swim Co-ordinator could be for you? You should be able to make decisions and solve problems, work flexibly to meet the needs of the swimming lessons program and have an understanding of relevant health and safety and employment legislation.

Our Lead Teachers

Do you love social interaction and are a great communicator? This role will enable you to work with teachers providing feedback where needed along with being the first point of contact for parents.

Our Lead Teacher position is a customer focused, predominately land based non-teaching position (although from time to time you may be required to teach).You would be responsible for the open and close procedures of the venue and supervising the lessons ensuring both quality and safety measures are being adhered to.

So if you have a Swim England (ASA) Level 2 or STA Full Swimming Instructor Qualifications (or the equivalent international qualification), a recognised pool rescue award, have strong customer service skills and wants to make a positive contribution to the SwimExpert brand, we would love to hear from you.

Our Swim Co-ordinators

The Swim Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our swimming programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality swimming instruction, and creating a safe and enjoyable pool environment. We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in swimming lesson programming, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for promoting water safety and fitness.

You would be responsible for program development, staff supervision and training, safety and compliance, excellent customer service and facility management.

To be considered you would require ASA/Swim England/STA Level 2 or equivalent qualifications and knowledge of learn-to-swim teaching pathways, Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor certifications required, UK Full driving license, CPR and First Aid certifications and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education, Sports Management, then we would still encourage you to apply.
